Mandatory service of the physicians will end as of 2023

Underlining that the need for practitioners is about to be met, Dr. Demircan made the following statements:

“According to our calculations, mandatory service of the physicians will end as of 2023. Because the problem of understaffing will be settled. Henceforth, vacancies will be announced and physicians will go wherever they wish. As there is understaffing now, we have to apply mandatory services.
